Folsom Capital Group (“FCG”) is a private real estate investment firm focused on residential development to provide institutional solutions to the “missing middle” here in our backyard of Denver, Colorado. The first-time homebuyer has never been more disadvantaged creating a large cohort of “renters by necessity”, however as the renter demographic continues to grow in age, there are limited solutions for those seeking the utility of a home within well-located communities.
FCG has years of institutional experience, and a deep network of relationships allowing for unique opportunities to be uncovered and create creative partnerships to solve the problems of today. As the residential world continues to become more competitive and commoditized, finding solutions to the hard problems others won’t, not only drive results for our investors, but benefit the greater community.
A Buffalo was intentionally used to represent FCG. In a storm, cows run away, prolonging their exposure to the weather, while buffalo charge directly into it, minimizing the time and pain they experience. This metaphor teaches that while cows prolong suffering by trying to outrun problems, buffalo face challenges head-on, going through them quickly to emerge stronger. The buffalo's method is a powerful lesson in resilience and proactive problem-solving, encouraging one to confront adversity rather than avoid it, perfectly embodying the spirit of FCG. The University of Colorado may also have something to do with it.
FCG is dedicated to finding solutions to problems others may disregard through challenging the status quo.
